Refugio Ranch Tasting Room Open!

Please read this email in its entirety to understand the reopening details.

Dear Friends of Refugio Ranch,

We are happy to share that our tasting room is now open! We're excited to welcome you back with some good clean fun! :)

Our new operating hours are:

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 11am-5pm: Wine & Food Service and Wine Pickups
• Monday thru Thursday 10am-4pm: Curbside pickups at our sister winery Roblar (appointment required)

Please note the following details regarding the new experiences we will be offering:

1. RESERVATIONS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*, email us at info@refugioranch.com to reserve

2. All service will be outdoors for the time being

3. Parties of no more than 6 will be allowed, all parties will be seated

4. Due to restricted capacity, all tastings will be limited to 90 minutes in duration

5. We are allowing children on premises but they (and all guests) will be asked to stay seated with their group throughout their visit. At this time, we request no pets unless they are service animals or can remain in a carrier during your visit.

6. Last service will begin no later than 3:45pm

7. Food purchase is no longer required, but we have some great charcuterie plates available for purchase, supply limited.

*Reservations are on a first come, first served basis but we will do our best to give priority to Refugio Ranch wine club members.

Please note the following safety-specific details for your visit with us:

	Face Coverings: All guests and staff are required to wear face coverings. Guest coverings may be removed when you are seated at your table and your wine has been served, but we ask that they remain on at all other times. Please bring your own mask, limited masks will be available for those that do not have one.
	Hand Sanitizing: We will have a hand sanitizing station upon entering our tasting room that will be required for all guests upon entrance. You are welcome and encouraged to utilize this station during your visit as well. Note that public restrooms will be not be available during your visit.
	Social Distancing: We ask that all guests practice social distancing of at least 6 feet between your party and others. Tables will be configured to facilitate this, as well as floor markings, signage, and staff instruction.
	Self Wellness Assessment: We kindly ask that you DO NOT enter any public space if you are feeling unwell, exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, or believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19 in the recent past. We encourage you to check temperatures for yourself and any members of your family or close circle and consult a physician regarding any pre-existing health conditions before visiting any public spaces.
	Important: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other ailments exists in any public space. COVID-19 is highly contagious and can lead to severe illness and death. In visiting Refugio Ranch tasting room, you are voluntarily assuming risk associated with exposure to COVID-19.
