2016 Grenache

A beautiful wine with seductive depth and complexity offering a mélange of red fruit, ripe summer strawberry, cherry, raspberry coulis, and a kiss of ruby red grapefruit alongside potpourri, herbs de Provence, white pepper, and hibiscus. The wine has lively acidity offering freshness and balance with great concentration and chalky tannin. Aged for 18 months in a combination of concrete and puncheon (400L), all older neutral barrels.
