Ruby red and intensely aromatic – a gorgeous bouquet of hibiscus, lavender, strawberry confit and rose petal carried by a compelling vein of pencil lead. The palate shows off vibrant freshness from a combination of whole cluster fermentation and maturation in large concrete tank.  The impeccable balance of fruit and structure creates a textured, expressive wine with deceptive power and an energetic finish. Aged for 18 months in a combination of concrete (1500L) and large format, neutral French oak puncheon (400L).
